Precarity
The unequal distribution of vulnerability through economic and political arrangements, whereby certain groups are disproportionately burdened and subjected to a condition of “maximized vulnerability.” It is emphasized that groups such as migrants, war victims, and the poor are exposed to greater risks of violence, hunger, and displacement, and that neoliberal policies deepen this unequal distribution.
