Açıklama

A method for investigating the historical a priori of fields of knowledge—that is, the conditions under which particular forms of knowledge become possible. Unlike the traditional history of ideas, archaeology focuses not on individual thinkers but on discursive regularities and epistemes. In this way, it replaces the Kantian subject as the foundation of knowledge with historically conditioned processes of knowledge formation.
